Pasco County Fair Seeks Talented Residents

The deadline to enter the upcoming Pasco Showcase of Talent, to be held in conjunction with the 62nd annual Pasco County Fair is Jan. 9.
The contest will be held Feb. 16-17 at Dan Cannon Auditorium on the Pasco County Fairgrounds on State Road 52, Dade City.
The contest is open to Pasco County residents of any age. There is a $20 entry fee for individuals. Group entry is $20, plus $10 for each member. Acts must be no longer than 3 minutes for solo performances and 5 minutes for groups.
Trophies and cash prizes will be awarded to winners in various age groups. Age groups will be determined after the preliminary contest and announced when finalists are notified. The preliminary competition will be held Jan. 17.
